The Goodstart SAP Project replaced a number of core business applications with an on-premise HANA based SAP ERP solution to meet the medium to long-term functional and strategic objectives of the organisation. The core in scope business components included SAP Finance, Payroll and Supply Chain. This implementation was rolled out to approx 15,000 staff.

Gold Coast City Council implemented an ambitious business transformation program to enable Council to become a more efficient and effective organization. The first two stages of the SAP implementation included the areas of Procurement, Asset Management (PM) for Fleet and Plant, Finance and Human Resources Organisational Structure. The future third and fourth releases involved the Plant Maintenance Module – Asset Register, Fixed Asset Accounting, Maintenance and Operations and integration with the ESRI GIS and mobile computing solutions to 3500 staff.

This included simplification of external legal providers and panels to a single group wide panel, development and implementation of a group wide Legal Operations Management System (iMatter) and creation of a Legal Operations Management Team.

The SAP Australia Project was a complex project that involved rolling out the SAP ERP system to Peabody’s Australian operations - covering 10 separate mine sites over a 16 month period. The project was rolled out in 2 waves and included implementing Accounts Payable, Business Intelligence, Finance, Human Resources, Materials Management, Order to Cash, Supplier Relationship Module, Payroll and Plant Maintenance Modules.

This project was a $340 million upgrade of the International Terminal Building during which the airport remained fully operational. The main terminal building was expanded by 60 meters to the south, on all four levels, and the northern concourse expanded by 225 meters. Upgraded facilities included a new baggage handling area, redesign of outward immigration and security, new offices, airline lounges, retail and processing areas.
