Soon after my graduation, I had realised that there's a lot that goes into finding the perfect job for yourself. What I realised that there's no girth of talent or of opportunities–if only you know where to look. More often than not, it's all about bridging the gap between the talent and the job market out there. My perspective on this was further solidified after interning at a recruitment firm.
