HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT & QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR.Responsibility: Facilitating and coordinating vessel receipt operation by ensuring all safety integrity equipments and maintenance equipments get to jetty before the arrival of any vessel.Coordinating pre-loading truck safety inspection.Management of pwork control/permit to work system for all routine and non-routine work going on within facility.Coordinating the activities of security operatives in the terminal vis-à-vis beat monitoring, proper PPE compliance etc.. Conducting route cause analysis for all incidents.Generating HES procedures as required.Conducting daily terminal inspection and ensure proper documentation.Facilitating level 1, 2 & 3 audit for the facility.Rendering HSSEQ support /solution to the project team.Advising management on the best business initiatives to invest on.Conducting pep talk and toolbox talk for employees.Coordinating regular analysis of spent water generated during operational activities.(Effluent water monitoring).Carrying out weekly emergency readiness inspection of all HSE critical equipments.Incorporating safety performance records of prospective contractors as part of contract bidding/awarding process.Monitoring the quality of products stored in the tanks. Conducting emergency drills.Liaising with regulating bodies like FEPA, DPR, MINISTRIES and security agentsEnsuring and maintaining effective access control system in the facility.Other Value Added Experience On the JobMonitoring operational activities and progress and generate weekly and monthly report to head office as required.
