Key Responsibilities:• Answering & resolving the questions & requests by providing engineering information• Handling the entire projects by training & guiding technicians, and maintaining professional & technical knowledge by attending an educational workshop• Responsible for operating the machinery, executing action plans & performing preventive actions for the quality-related issues• Maintaining system & product database by writing computer programs and entering data• Gathering, analyzing and summarizing the information to generate product reports • Ensuring the system and product quality by designing testing methods and testing finish product & systems • Developing mechanical & electromechanical products by understanding the customer requirements• Agreeing on budgets, times scales and specifications with clients and customers • Verifying job setup, product sampling and checking line process parameters
