In my new role as Responsible Person in RPCS I assist interested parties in implementing the new GDP Guidelines 2013/C 343/01 into their existing Quality Management Systems. I provide contracted GDP support in all relevant areas, eg, self inspections, training (face to face and on line), QMS review, HPRA audit preparation and deficiency close out.

Responsible for the roll out of new GDP Guidelines 2013/C 68 and 343/01 across 5 sites. The roll out included the expansion of the existing CAPA, change control, deviation, risk management and quality improvement systems already in place. 5 different QMS had to be updated in a timely and risk based approached.
