Provide direct support to Attorneys Russman and Blanchard, primarily in the personal injury area of practice. Responsibilities include, but not limited to gathering, organizing and analyzing medical records and bills in preparing personal injury matters for demand; drafting personal injury demands and assisting with negotiations; comprehensive and complex legal research and writing in numerous areas of law; case investigation, development and management; litigation and trial preparation and support; primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, attorneys and courts.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to, extensive legal research and writing, case development and investigation, litigation support, written and verbal communication with other attorneys and the courts in various areas of law, attorney/client liaison, maintaining the firm's schedule, office management, reception, and filing.

Assisted senior attorneys on a freelance basis, in the review and preparation of personal injury case files for demand, and more specifically, final preparation of demand letters for review and submission to the tortfeasor’s insurance company.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to, creation, management and maintenance of business and financial records for established builder, installing distributor of high-end fireplaces. Coordinate/maintain installation, inspection and service schedules, prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports. Supervise office personnel, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure in the course of daily work. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations, as well as compliance with state and local rules and regulations. Collections, sales and customer service.

Ensured compliance with lease and finance contractual insurance requirements, Cross-trained in vendor services and purchasing, as well as preparation of lease/finance documentation.

Cross-trained and provided additional support in other areas of practice, including civil litigation, personal injury, social security, corporate, real estate, estate planning, probate, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy and criminal matters. Provided comprehensive litigation support including, but not limited to case investigation and development, preparation and filing of legal documents, witness interviews and trial preparation.
