Charged with training and preparing other store managers to operate retail stores. Develop store and area action sales plans. Drive Cumberland Farms initiatives, sales and margin improvements. Responsible for compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations with respect to human resources, storage and dispensing of gasoline, selling age restricted products, food handling and maintaining food service standards. Prepare and monitor monthly and annual budgets. Responsible for maintaining fuel and other product inventory levels. Advise staff of company policies and ensure such policies are adhered to. Develop advertising and marketing schemes. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Continually exceed assigned goals and budget expectations.
