As part of my role, I guided the company through its first annual audit, concluding with a clean audit opinion and no unadjusted differences. Nearing the end of my contract, I partnered with management to hire and onboard a full-time VP of Finance to ensure a smooth changeover.

Implemented all operational aspects for pricing changes, discounts, chargebacks, and rebates.➺ Developed a government pricing function for pharmaceutical sales (Medicaid/Medicare/VA); updated the Pricing Committee on key issues/trends.➺ Championed the initial SOX implementation; ultimate testing resulted in a clean audit.➺ Maintained DSO at circa 35 days with no bad debt write-offs.
