• Working with our external health and safety advisory company to implement a new health and safety management system.
• Coordinating Health & safety policy between all department staff, managers & directors
• Undertaking external audits to ensure that health and safety guidelines are being adhered to.
• Completion of risk assessments.
• Consulting our health and safety advisory company to help guide all staff/department managers/directors to improve and maintain the overall health and safety at YBS.
• Take part in monthly meetings regarding health and safety issues.

• Thermal U-Value calculations & Condensation Risk Analysis.
• Quality Control testing of all raw materials and final products (all raw materials and finish manufactured products are tested in the Laboratories).
• Lease with external product certification bodies when audits are being carried out.
• Research & Development of New and Existing Products..
• Providing Technical Support (emails, calls, site visits) and general Advice to Customers (merchants, architects and end users), Sales Reps and internal Sales Team.
• Exhibition preparation.
