• Working with our external health and safety advisory company to implement a new health and safety management system. • Coordinating Health & safety policy between all department staff, managers & directors • Undertaking external audits to ensure that health and safety guidelines are being adhered to.• Completion of risk assessments.• Consulting our health and safety advisory company to help guide all staff/department managers/directors to improve and maintain the overall health and safety at YBS.• Take part in monthly meetings regarding health and safety issues.
