As Executive Officer at ADG Engineering, for nearly forty years, Mr. Blanchette has overseen the design and construction management of MEP/FP projects averaging nearly one-half billion dollars of new construction and renovation annually. These projects involve HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Medical Gas Systems, and Special Systems (such as laboratory saltwater systems, reverse osmosis systems and desalinization systems). He has supervised the design and installation of District Cooling/Heating Plant systems for multi-building facilities in excess of 3.5 million square feet. He has been directly involved in the development of multiple affiliated companies including ADG Texas, as well as commissioning company CxA Services. Mr. Blanchette is a Certified Commission Authority, and a Charter Member of the American Air Balance Council's Certified Commissioning Group AABC-ACG.ADG Engineering is proud to be an A/E team member for the Caesar's Superdome renovation in advance of Superbowl LIX (2025).ADG is proud to have been awarded the 2020 Engineering Excellence Award as Louisiana's Grand Conceptor (top project) by ACEC/L.
