Lawrence has over 25 years of finance experience across a wide range of sectors gained at Deutsche Bank, Riverhill Partners, which he co-founded in 2005, PwC and LW Theatres where he is CFO. He has extensive experience in financing in the UK and European mid-market having advised on over 70 deals with an aggregate value in excess of £20bn, spanning privately owned, listed and PE backed businesses. His clients have included, inter alia, Jamie Oliver’s media business, LW Theatres, 3i, Bridgepoint, and various UK Government entities. Lawrence was awarded the IFT’s “Turnaround Professional of the Year” award in 2018.He originally qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC where he worked in their corporate recovery department in London and Paris. Lawrence graduated from Cambridge University (St Catharine’s College, MA Philosophy).He is married with two children, lives in London, and enjoys cycling, tennis, skiing, getting involved in his local church and playing the piano.
