As a Country Manager at Crestron, my role is leading dealers and partners in the development and expansion of opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships, and also responsible significant growth in subsequent years. Including Government, Healthcare, Education, Enterprise in Taiwan for all the Cisco Telepresence, Avaya Scopia Video, Polycom and professional control and A/V products.Leading the sales team to drive Avaya Scopia Video strategy and business plans for new and existing markets, professional knowledge and Selling skills training development & management, implemented positioning for all Avaya Scopia Video products through competitive analysis and market research in Taiwan.
