• Prepare and monitor Electro-Mechanical works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Life Safety), interfacing schedule and weekly accomplishment reports.• Organize shut down schedule for maintenance and replacement of electro-mechanical equipment. • Monitor, observe and ensure newly installed Boiler, Heat exchangers, Pumps, other HVAC equipment and controls are working properly based on design parameters.• Maintenance and Commissioning of HVAC equipment. • Operate Fire Alarm Control Panel and Chiller Plant Manager.• Witness Testing and Commissioning.• Inspection of Mechanical and Electrical installation, equipment and materials delivery.• Coordinate the implementation of For Construction Drawings (FCD), Electro-Mechanical installation to consultants and trades.• Review FCD, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) works, shop drawings and material submittals.• Spearhead and supervise preparation of Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and as-built drawings.• Oversee the commercial concerns related to individual Electro-Mechanical trades.• Review contract documents and subcontract agreements for the Electro-Mechanical trades including scope of work and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).• Prepare, manage and recommend technical evaluations submitted by different suppliers in correspondence to subcontractors and clients.• Attend technical and management construction coordination meetings.• Resolve conflicts between subcontractors and clients.• Mentor Mechanical and Electrical engineers/staff to expedite improvement of skills and upgrade know how.
