  Worked on new development of a pin pad. This required interacting with hardware and firmware teams as well as teams responsible for creating hardware and software specifications. Alongside of this project I was responsible for creating the testing application that would generate all the possible combinations of input each command on the device could receive. I also provided in depth code coverage and analysis results in the form of reports. Provided support for certain modules of ATMs. This required immense problem solving skills and the ability to analyze and reproduce complex problems. The group I am part of is the top level of escalation for every device in an ATM and must work together to solve issues that are rarely isolated to a common set of causes. I also took over ownership of support for the dispenser as well being the lead developer on the design and release of a new dispenser. Took on a role as coordinator of support. This position was responsible for organizing all support issues being escalated, creating the projects and assuring they were assigned correctly, building and packaging releases, and coordinating the testing through SQA as well as delivering the solutions. This required attention to detail and organization as well as the ability to make sure multiple groups were working in unison. I fully designed and implemented a system to manage this responsibility and automate large parts of this process.
