I learned early in life that an uncompromised work ethic, nurturing a curious mind, and relentless pursuit are vital to building a foundation for success. The lessons I have learned from great leaders have enabled me to become a successful Executive/leader/coach/sales guru. One of my mentors once told me, Larry, "Make people great, and they will make you great." This philosophy has stuck with me. Whether working with a client, sales leaders or a teams of sales professionals, my purpose is clear: "Make them great." We achieve greatness not by merely meeting expectations but by exceeding them, so I strive to bring mind-blowing results in all I do. My leadership style is humble but fierce. I believe all humans have the potential to be great; no one human is more significant than another. My purpose is to help organization and people tap into their full potential. In all I do, I treat people fairly and encourage them to fearlessly and relentlessly endeavor to become the best humans they can be. I learn something new every day and do my best to apply what I learn practically. Early in my career, I would try to talk individuals "out of their box". However, I have learned that if you are genuinely interested in people, care about their well-being, ask the right questions, and listen intently, eventually, they will invite you into their box. That's when the real magic happens. Utilizing a "can-do mindset," I implement highly effective coaching skills and marketing strategies that produce immediate results. I have an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process and posses the ability to strategically assimilate that knowledge within entire business units to facilite next level results. Over the years, I have acquired deep domain expertise in marketing complex high-tech business equipment, cloud services, network services, software, production equipment, professional services, and SaaS. I have been blessed to work with multi-billion-dollar companies such as Ricoh, Kyocera, and Konica Minolta, as well as Mid-size companies and start-ups.
