INFORMATION SECURITY DUTIES: Responsible for preparation and dispatching of division's classified material. Provide guidance on different types of information and how to properly safeguard including FOUO, Unclassified Critical Information, Classified, and Contractor Proprietary Information. INDUSTRIAL SECURITY DUTIES: Use of the Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD) to enter a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to verify a facility clearance or a company's safeguarding capabilities. Advise contractors on proper handling of sensitive, unclassified material for events such as Industry Days. PERSONNEL SECURITY DUTIES: Validate background investigations for for military, civilian and contractor personnel. Verify type of investigation, date of investigation and clearance level in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Create/Modify Visits in JPAS for Space, Aerial & Nuclear Networks Division Personnel. Verify Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA, SF 312) and access data in JPAS. Provide guidance to military personnel taking personal travel time which includes taking a survey for Air Force Office of Special Investigations(AFOSI).OPERATIONS SECURITY DUTIES: Coordinate the collection, review, and updating of 8 division program office OPSEC Critical Information (CI) Lists. Maintain knowledge of Critical Program Information (CPI) to ensure information is protected commensurately. Complete OPSEC reviews for information to be cleared for Public Release.FORCE PROTECTION DUTIES: Conduct Random Anti-terrorism Measures (RAMs) to periodically inspect all buildings, rooms and storage areas not in regular use; spot checks of vehicles parked within 25 meters of installation facilities and 100% physical ID check (hands-on) of all personnel entering all manned facilities through a single point of entry. Conduct random personnel verification by viewing personnel and building badges.
