I am currently in charge of managing Divepro Malta: a dive centre in Malta. As the Director of Diving I responsible for all PADI courses conducted at this dive school. I am also in charge of all in-water activity. Furthermore, I am responsible for the paperwork concerning clients, namely: liability and medical forms, diving Insurance and other dive-related documents. My other responsibilities included making a schedule for all instructors, translators and dive masters. I am also the treasurer of the company, and it was my responsibility to pay other diving instructor and members of staff. The dive centre is made up of myself (PADI IDC STAFF Instructor), a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, 2 PADI Dive Masters, a translator and Dive Master in training. Working as a team, we made sure to provide the best customer service and increased the company's recognition.

Currently speaking I am involved in the data collection, editing, imputations, analysis and presentation of results of the various surveys, which were commissioned to the NSO by third parties. I am also responsible for creating syntax's using SPSS to detect outliers in the data provided by interviewers. It is my responsibility in the Data Management unit to monitor all income date for quality. The data is analyzed using both Excel and SPSS. During 2016 I was responsible for the AES (Adult Education Survey) and the FWA. During 2017 I was responsible for overseeing the following surveys: HFCS (Household Finance and Consumption Survey ) and ICT. Creating Documentations for each survey outlining all issues found during data collection and data cleaning. Furthermore, this document shall include the pre-testing phase, the tests conduction during data collection and finally the post data collection tests. I will also include the information on the process of data coding. In the Data Management unit we focus on high quality data with great attention to detail. Finally I am also responsible for supervising CATI Survey's, which consists of around 8 People.

At Malta Blue Diving I was an Instructor who conducted PADI diving courses. Additionally, I was responsible for all client records, medical paper work and liability statement forms. I was also the treasurer of the company.
