Responsible for the procurement, implementation oversight and program management of social service and non-profit agency contracts in Central Ohio.

Assisted in the selection, development and implementation of individual and family enrichment programs, as well as processing the operational invoices of contracted, social serving agencies of Central Ohio.

Managed the contracted programs of youth, service provider agencies within Central Ohio. Funded by the Workforce Innovation Act of 1998 (WIA), these agencies provide wrap-around, post-secondary educational & employability services to opportunity youth ages 14-24; both in and out of school. The services are a result of the Career Pathways Program model: to enhance the educational capacity and employability skills of tomorrows workforce. Trained new staff on policies & regulations, and both internal and State of Ohio data-tracking systems, designed to report performance to the US Department of Labor.
