Current• Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and directing 30 contractor employees ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with the performance work statement.• Through coordination with COR, PM, and PM staff directors, responsible for planning work to be accomplished by contractor employees; setting priorities; planning schedules for completion of work; assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, evaluating difficulty and requirements of assignments, and capabilities of employees.• Give advice, counsel, or instruction to contractor employees on both work and administrative matters.• Initiate disciplinary action such as issuing reprimands or warnings, and/or dismissal of employees not adhering to policies or adequately performing duties.• Interview contractor candidates for positions and make recommendations for appointment, promotion, or reassignment.• Hear and resolve grievances or challenges of contractor employees, CORs and PMs.
