After graduating with a degree in International Relations and Security Studiess; Lawrence worked for Barclays Bank Plc. in the UK. Since moving to Thailand in 2010 Lawrence has managed the sale of over 7,0000 properties across 20 developments including working with two public limited companies. Lawrence specializes in development consultancy and strategy is considered one of the leading specialists in off plan property and sustainable development in Thailand. Lawrence has won a wide range of property and environmental awards. Lawrence has written for a number of property publications, as well as regular appearances on TV and radio. In 2013 Lawrence Co-founded Sisaran Development Co., Ltd. a development company based on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard. Sisaran currently has four award winning completed projects in Bang Saray, Sattahip, with 7 completed projects and 6 currently under development. As the leading developer in Bang Saray; Sisaran has won a range of property awards for architectural design, sustainable design, CSR / ESG and Green Leadership.
