Responsible for all aspects of in resort operation. Leading a high skilled multi functional, multi national, team of 17 direct reports to deliver truly bespoke high end chalet experiences for our guests in Meribel.

Operations Manager for Phokaia Beach Resort, Foca, Turkey, overseeing all Front of House, HR and activity elements. Leading a multi functional, multi national team to deliver outstanding guest experiences for the duration of their holiday across all of our land and water activities. We were able to provide an authentic Mark Warner experience despite the restrictions enforced by Covid-19.

France

Responsible for all aspects of in Resort operation for all 4 Hotelplan brands, led a team of 16 direct and 20 indirect reports in Peisey-Vallandry, winter 2018-19, and a similar number winter 19-20 in Alpe D'Huez. Planning, logisitcs, ordering, customer experience and sales all within my remit, alongside supplier and owner relationship management. Turned Alpe D'Huez from the lowest performing resort in the French Programme in Winter 18-19, to the most successful from both a Sales and Guest Feedback perspective in Winter 19-20.

Corsica

Short term summer contract successfully leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service in resort, in one of the most historically challenging properties in the Mark Warner portfolio. Retained and promoted to Operations Manager Turkey for summer 2020.

With an additional responsibility for mentoring, training and developing team members. Numerous successful placements of senior level supply chain professionals globally, with a growing specialism in both Indirect procurement and pharmaceutical quality roles.

Winter Season in the alps working for Crystal Ski, part of the TUI Group. Time was spent primarily focusing upon my passion for skiing and snowsports, although the skiing aspect of the position was unfortunately curtailed by injury. However, my role necessitated development of my supplier relationship and customer relationship skills in time pressured environments.
