I ran my own construction company for 9 years. Started working as a maintenance mechanic in 2000 with Maloney Properties. Got my degree in Business and was promoted to superintendent around 2005. Worked with Maloney at several sites until 2013 and was hired by Trinity Management in 2013. I left Trinity after 7 years in December 2020 where I was the Senior Service Manager at their recently renovated 35@860 campus comprised of a 30 story high-rise and 12 story mid- rise in Boston as well as the Brownstone Alliance. The Brownstone Alliance is comprised of 7 classic, century old Brownstone buildings in Boston's South End. I am currently the Senior Superintendent with Wingate Management covering three properties in Mission Hill and one in Brookline. I have been certified in water remediation, carry an Osha 10 certification and my CPMM certification.
