We do remodeling of homes and help customers save on energy by installing energy green products. We sit down with customers design their new kitchen, bath or addition and then show them how they can save so much money by installing energy green products. We work close with HUD, CCR, and other municpalities to help the needy. I also do Home Inspections, Wind Mitigation, 4-point, and roof certification. I have over 40 years experince in construction and have helped the Home Depot for several years on complaince problems they had with the state. I hold several license and can handel anything that the customer needs.

Qualified all Home Depots and EXPOs in Florida,experinced with mulit license help company with customer issues and made good professional connections with the state to help company. I set up and made the Home Depot and Expo Design center to meet all complaince needs for Florida. Gave classes to district managers, store managers, install managers, employees, and contractors on why permits are needed and to show how to do it. Also had building officials in class to help with questions. I was the one with the experince and knowledge on construction management.

Inspected all types residental and commerical plumbing, gas, and fire system for Broward County. Also did code inspections on projects.

Installed all types of Plumbing, gas, medical gas,fire sprinklers, site work for restuarants, hotels, dental offices, and office buildings. Design, draw blueprints and built custom homes.
