Investigate operations errors, omissions, excessive losses/gains and recommend to the head of department corrective action. Prepare, review and update the depots/terminals manual operating procedure to make it relevant to changing work environment.Conduct staff appraisal and recommend training needs for staff to enhance performance on assigned duties.

This was a new terminal. Responsibilities included conducting staff recruitment and training, develop terminal policies such as hospitality agreements, budgeting process and procedure and terminal operations procedure manual, EHS policy and procedures and develop the terminal emergency response plan.Oversee terminal operations in terms of products receipts, stock management and systems and equipments maintenance and repair.Overall in-charge of the terminal OSHA and the commander of the emergency response team.Staff performance appraisal and training recommendations.
