As an international motivational speaker, I am dedicated to helping students and men unleash their greater potential. Raised in a single-parent household, my mother provided unwavering support, yet a crucial element was missing – the love and guidance of a father figure. Rejected by the church, I found solace in the streets, entangled in gang activity at a young age. Despite the challenges, I transformed my life through goal-oriented decisions, earning a college degree and becoming a proud husband, father, business owner, and community supporter. Students connect with me instantly as they relate to my relatable journey.Having served as a high school teacher in two states, I have witnessed firsthand the nationwide dilemma affecting students. Over the past decade, I have spoken and mentored youth across the nation, addressing key issues such as student achievement, transitioning into adulthood, suicide, and bullying. My courses provide students with tangible tools, strategic plans, enhanced self-confidence, and pride to navigate adversity successfully. Rooting for the success of every student, I am a beacon of hope, shining a bright light on the fragile inner child and guiding them away from obstacles and darkness.
