My responsibilities were to project manage the kitchen installations, design the concept and menus and successfully implement my ideas; this remains a popular choice for our customers.Key responsibilities:• I continually work with suppliers to introduce new products and promotion items to reduce cost and increase profit.• I implemented a daily kitchen diary for all sites to complete including information required to meet and maintain EHO standards. This achieved a five star rating for all of our sites and ensures that this standard is maintained.• I have introduced food packs that include specification sheets, order guides and costings to ensure that target GP is achieved in all units.• I introduced new processes for sites to record invoices, delivery and credit notes and complete stock takes to ensure the finance team can close the accounts easier every month.
