As an Independent Contractor I was solely responsible for delivering to the Downtown/ Westside Syracuse, NY area for The Post- Standard. I was contracted through Advanced News Local. A typical delivery schedule was approximately between: 2am-7:30am – Sun2am-6am – Tues and Thurs. I also delivered additional products to non-subscribers The Money Saver(or TMCs).I had 4 days to deliver (TMCs) between Thurs- Sun, as long as they were done and delivered by Sunday of every week.I arrived promptly at 300 N Clinton lot, for the distribution of Newspaper bundles. I collected and prepared my product for shipping of overnight delivery. These responsibilities were sorting the Newspapers in chronological order, and bagging them according to customer preference. I was financially responsible for materials stewardship(rubber bands, plastic bags, markers and responsible for replacement of said materials at an out of pocket cost.

Oversee the daily operations of Detention center. Responsible for the development of entry-level employees. The facilitating of staff meetings, forecasting scheduling, payroll, PTO request. Assist persons with traumatic brain injury with daily living skills. Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community. Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual's needs. Assist individuals with their daily living and independence skills/personal care. Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns.
