Conduct routine service, operational troubleshooting, repairs, and modernization to all types of elevators from antique to modern era. Source parts and service vendors for various repairs and modernizations of elevator installations under contract. Conduct job site surveys to determine material and labor requirements for proposed work. Evaluate, interpret, and research field service reports for the proper allocation of resources for the minimization of contracted elevator down time. Research, write, and edit repair and modernization proposals for submission to clients. Provide technical consultation to clients for the optimal cost effective performance of their conveyances.
