I am a Talent Acquisition Associate at PULA, a social enterprise that provides crop insurance and agricultural services to smallholder farmers in Africa. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from AMITY University Gurgaon, with a focus on Human resource management. My core competencies include full cycle recruitment, Employee onboarding and orientation and documentation.In my current role, I support the full cycle recruitment process for PULA, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions across the organization. I also administer the employee benefits program, ensuring that the staff are well-informed and satisfied with their compensation and benefits package. I have successfully recruited over 200 new candidates, reducing time to hire by 15% in my previous role as Human Resource Recruitment Assistant.
