Integral member of the Storage and Virtualization Team supporting the 299th Network Operations Squadron for the Air National Guard (ANG) at McConnell AFB. Providing advanced enterprise level technical troubleshooting, support and guidance for implementation of Commvault Simpana software and Dell/EMC VNX SAN hardware to all units on the Air National Guard network. The technical expertise spanned coverage of both the unclassified and classified networks. Facilitated the hardware refresh of the virtual and backup storage environments at all ANG Geographically Separated Unit (GSU) locations. Mentored and trained team members and customers on the new storage environment changes.

Providing advanced enterprise level technical troubleshooting, support and guidance for implementation of Commvault Simpana software for backups and disaster recovery to all units on the Air National Guard network. The technical expertise spans coverage of both the unclassified and classified networks. Facilitated the upgrade of all ANG Enterprise backup assets from CommVault v9 to v10. Mentor and train team members and customers on environment changes required for the CommVault version upgrade as well as the migration of servers to a new domain while maintaining continuity with the old domain. Facilitated the hardware refresh of the virtual and backup storage environments at all primary ANG locations.

Integral member of the Storage and Virtualization Team supporting the 299th Network Operations Security Squadron for the Air National Guard at McConnell AFB. Providing enterprise level technical troubleshooting, support and guidance for implementation of Commvault Simpana software for backups and disaster recovery to all units on the Air National Guard network. The technical expertise spanned coverage of both the unclassified and classified networks. Facilitated 20% reduction in the process flow during CommVault Maintenance activities through implementation of checklists, usage of PowerShell scripts, and training on both networks. Developed PowerShell scripts providing 40% improvement and automation of the collection, monitoring and documenting all processes relating to CommVault across the enterprise.

Delivered key contributions to Subsystem Requirements and Verification group. Provided subject matter expertise relating to Team Center Systems Engineering for SEIT-SRV group, as well as, other Integrated Product Teams involved in project. Collaborated with multi-disciplined teams in planning, designing, developing and verifying lifecycle balanced organization of systems and systems solutions. Performed needs assessment identifying and defining system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters, and ensuring compatibility of all functional and program interfaces. Contributed systems and architecture analysis driving continuous process improvement supporting optimized performance. Established specifications, interface control documents, and process documents at system and subsystem architecture levels.

Integral member of Hardware Integration and Software Engineering Environment Teams supporting Deployable System and Software Development Environment. Delivered expertise regarding Microsoft Windows server and desktop, VMware virtualization, and Veritas Backup Exec environments. Maintained comprehensive knowledge base in Intel and Windows-based architecture and provided expert recommendations for improvements in architecture design. Performed operational system software & process documentation at system architecture level.

Provided testing expertise for each phase of program as contributing member of Software Test Team primarily supporting Qualification and Acceptance. Employed comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and Change Management System. Ensured quality and functionality of developed systems through coordination and participation in review and testing activities. Created detailed test procedures, and data for project testing, and performed manual testing and validated results confirming compliance with installation standards and methodologies.
