I am an author, healthy workplace consultant, and advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace. Since January 2024, I have been creating and sharing Every Day's a Bonus, a collection of life lessons from everyday people, across multiple social media platforms. Additionally, I am the founder of Lights on the Spectrum, a fundraising initiative that supports employment opportunities and neurodiverse hiring programs for people on the autism spectrum.

Those words became a phrase he lived by and shared with me and countless other people in his life.
