This innovative platform incorporates a user-friendly mobile application along with an intelligent, automated WhatsApp bot, providing a seamless, streamlined user experience for our customers.Beyond just serving as a mobile ordering tool, our solution enhances user interaction with local coffee shops, contributing to the growth of local businesses while providing an unparalleled level of convenience for the coffee aficionados.Further enhancing the digital experience, the platform also includes a Progressive Web App (PWA). This ensures a high-quality, app-like experience right in the user's browser, making our solution accessible to a wide range of devices and contributing to a seamless user journey from discovery to purchase.In developing and refining this platform, my role combines expertise in software technology, automation, and growth hacking.
