The Prism Optimization Shift Lead is responsible for providing positive contribution through a team environment that is intended to maximize the efficiency of the Prism organization to serve their customers and realize the group's yearly objectives. This includes the collection and presentation of data that will help support recommendations and advice on the operation of all related tools and ongoing well site operations. They will also conduct remote operation services and contribute to wellsite operations with the support of field operators for complete client satisfaction on all remote activity. The incumbent will also provide innovative solutions to our clients to eliminate non-productive time, maximize producible section and optimize drilling performance. Added focus to ensure the team is working efficiently in order to reduce costs for the department.

A Prism MWD Remote Operations Technician is accountable for providing real-time survey data for carrying out directional and horizontal drilling operations. Provides MWD experience by answering operation specific questions that arise and exercises judgement to determine the appropriate action in the Command Centre relying upon hands-on and classroom-based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive)* Assist the Prism Optimization Centre Coordinator with organization of data deliverables to be provided to our clients periodically throughout the drilling process that is being carried out on their project.* Ensure shift reports are accurately completed and submitted prior to completion of shift.* Assist the establishment and maintenance of positive lines of communication between the well site and Prism Optimization Centre to foster a team environment.* Work with Prism Optimization team and associated stakeholders to help ensure the process of acquiring, organizing and presenting various data streams are handled in an efficient and timely manner and all required client delivery times are achieved.* Carry out duties according to established Phoenix Health and Safety Program, including those relating to Company rules, hazard reporting, use and care of tools, safe work practices, use of P.P.E. an accident reporting. When on site, follow the Health and Safety Program of the owner or prime contractor.* Deal with customer personnel and other Phoenix personnel in a positive problem-solving manner.* Services will be performed in a 24 hour rotating shift environment and such work schedules will be defined.* Attend, complete and successfully pass all training courses as required.* Perform all other duties as assigned.* Assist other departments with various projects when time permits.

* Regularly maintain drilling rig engines, transmissions, heating systems, diesel electric generators and motors, hydraulic systems and other mechanical equipment.* Maintain equipment logs and preventative maintenance records as required.* Monitor inventories of fuels, oil filters, lube oils, greases and other service items.* Work under the direction of the derrickhand and driller.* Supervise, train and work with floorhands and leasehands, ensuring they work safely and efficiently.* Participate in rig mobilization and de-mobilization (rig-up and tear-out).

• Load and unload trucks.• Perform housekeeping activities such as cleaning debris from walkways, cleaning tools and putting things away.• Drive crew trucks as needed.• Watch for and remove hazards such as objects in travel routes.• Assist crew members.

• Service, repair and/or replace existing residential/commercial underground sprinkler systems. • Troubleshoot, repair and install program controllers.• Maintain exceptional customer service.• Drive company service van.• Add sprinkler heads and/or zones to existing systems.• Assist in new sprinkler installations.

• Making and breaking drill pipe connections down the wellbore and assist the driller on drill floor.• Maintain cleanliness of the drill floor, clear any safety hazards.• Unload and re-load inner core barrels.• Measure core pipe for marking. • Keep track of core supply inventory, report to the driller for any supplies that may be needed.• Assist in set up and take down of rig equipment, BOP Stack, handling, sorting and moving drill tools, pipe and other materials.• Catch samples of drilled cuttings to be analyzed. • Assist other members of the drilling crew wherever needed.• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.• Drive company crew truck.
