Managed the day-to-day operational aspects and oversaw staff working on client engagements within practice. Reviewed high-level deliverables in accordance with methodologies to ensure profitable and successful completion of projects. Ported and released toll free numbers to and from other carriers. Performed switch translations in DMS500 environment including new installs, disconnects and moves, adds, changes, disconnects (MACD’s). Supervised Data Entry Team that was responsible for keying new accounts toll free and residential local provisioning. Resolved out of service situations for both toll free numbers and telephone numbers by investigating root cause and determining best method for resolution. Developed standardized work resulting in a clear, faster way to train new representatives coupled with consistency in processing orders.Selected Accomplishments: Decreased project intervals from 10 days to 2.3 days through process improvement initiative. Increased productivity by mentoring less experienced staff created and implemented training procedures and manuals to increase productivity. Project lead of an automated provisioning interface as well as an internal fax server. Decreased operational costs by $38,000 (18%) in a one-month period. Converted toll-free traffic, in an on-going project, from the legacy LDMI network to an off-network carrier which resulted in an annual company savings of $200,000
