My focus is to be able to provide insights to business questions & problems, leveraging data and insights. In my pursuit to do so, I have strong data analytics skills and experience in SQL and various data visualisation tools including Adobe & Google. As Service Insights Lead, I am responsible for enterprise-level reporting to the highest level of management; Board, Managing Director, and Executive Leadership Group. I have also taken on the additional mantle of product owner, business analyst, and developer for our in-house KPI system.As a Senior Commercial Analyst at Qantas Hotels, I am a trusted partner to the business on data and analytics. I effectively play 3 roles, data engineer, business analyst & implementation, and insights & analytics. I've designed the data model used in our BI tool and the business, solely implemented a BI solution end to end from gathering requirements, technical implementation, and change management, and support the business on a day to day basis with insights and analytics. As Cost & Performance Analyst, Ground Operations at Jetstar, I bridge the operations at our airports with the management team. I introduced balanced scorecards to our airports, self-developed small applications that saved thousands of manhours and through establishing processes improving cost management, save over $2 million in costs annually.At my previous role at Ernst & Young Advisory, I've developed strong skills in System Implementation, Procurement, and Project Management over 3 and a half years, particularly in the financial services industry. With experience throughout the full System Development Life Cycle, strong analysis experience, and a solid project management and business analyst base, I am motivated by challenges and the opportunity to be able to make a real contribution and impact. I am also particularly motivated and fulfilled by the sense of accomplishment on completion of projects and implementations.
