In this position, I was responsible for assisting in the recruitment of IT Engineers and other staff for blue chip clients across the UK.My role involved placing advertisements, sourcing CV's, screening candidates and liasing with our clients to ensure their requirements were met.I helped manage the whole recruitment process right up to offer stage and also assisted staff with HR related queries once on board.
