Unfortunately, this is often not the case because the enterprise is not properly capitalized, positioned or organized. I am C-Level executive that has successfully partnered with entrepreneurs -- technical experts, engineers, developers and visionaries to enable them to launch, grow and profitably exit their businesses. I work with founders and leadership teams to establish the strategic context and its implementation by serving as their President, CFO or Chief Marketing Officer.Until recently, I led LAB-AIDS, a provider of hands-on STEM programs and curriculum for use in grades 6-12. In this role, I restructured the capital structure and leadership team, returning the business to double digit growth and profitability.
