Advancing to Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Communications/PBX Manager, Laundry/Valet Manger and Hotel Assistant Manager.The Grand Hyatt is a union property with very strong union ties. Coordinating the efforts of hundreds of staff while maintaining good union relations was challenging and yet very rewarding.
