I enjoy learning new skills, techniques, and challenging what's possible when developing software. I like to figure out how we can maintain a highly flexible systems while maintaining impressive performance on systems which are basically potatoes (not performant).I've worked with talented people, and have subsequently passed those and my own teachings on to junior developers who I've lead in to battle and helped mature. I've facilitated as the scrum master for multiple scrum teams, organised cross team scrum meetings, and provided inputs and advice for other colleagues where appropriate.My career goal is to secure a challenging and rewarding position in the industry and expand on this knowledge base and expand my abilities further in order to provide a successful contribution to an organisation
