Under limited supervision, performed quality control inspections of multi-product Field Service Technicians completed work. Quality inspections included highly complex installations of Video, Optimum On Line and Optimum Voice. Fully understanding and utilized all assigned test equipment (i.e. Trilithic 860 dsp meter, VOM, hand test telephone, Toners, etc.). Utilized assigned safety equipment in accordance with established guidelines. Performed on-site field safety inspections; while ensuring standard company guidelines were followed. Provided proper and accurate documentation and feedback daily to the Supervisors and Managers. Provided mentoring to field technicians as directed and needed. Communicated regularly and effectively with other Cablevision departments and field personnel towards ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Performed follow up activities to ensure customer related inquiries of moderate complexity were fully resolved. Ensured that all work related equipment was utilized and maintained in a safe and responsible manner, and ensured all work-related tasks performed are in compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations. Possessed a high level of knowledge associated with technical components and performance standards of the cable system from tap to subscriber device. Possessed the ability to identify, resolve and/or refer to the appropriate personnel, Customer Service related issues of moderate complexity that may impede complete subscriber fulfillment. Met company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
