This role involved leading resolution of manufacturing issues and working closely to operations. Notable projects include; providing solution and improvements to the thermal propagation potting dispensing system, resulting in reduced takt time and a superior method; upgrading and introducing third automated weld machine pallet to increase capacity and output; and developing rigorous shut-down processes for laser weld machines, that avoid malfunction or loss of data.
