Responsible for sales and business development of Professional Products and Services and Commercial Goods.- Sales of wide format photographic papers, professional films, chemicals and software.- Identifying new business opportunities and implement strategic business plans to win new business.- Manage a portfolio of over 100 accounts.- Sales of electronic consumer goods to channel partners.- Prepare contracts, negotiate with customers and submit to legal department for review/execution.

Responsible for 150 retail stores working closely with the property manager.- Design stores from the ground up. Manage architects. Select and administer contractors. Manage capital budgets to $15m.- Manage day-to-day property duties; repairs and maintenance, business name registration, trade waste agreements, maintenance agreements, storeroom agreements, casual leasing agreements, certificate of currency, telephones & electricity accounts.

Responsable for Product Sales and Store Visual Merchandise- Train and develop 53 store managers in the region, ensuring they comply with company’s visual merchandising standards. - Controlling stock levels (to the value of 18m) adjusting stock min/max levels, stock range.- Develop new ways to display merchandise. Implement product planograms. Hands on set up of merchandising displays, following marketing schedules.- Implement and maintain a Display Merchandising Guide manual to the companies 153 stores.

Successfully manage various stores during this ten year period.
