I concentrate my practice in insurance coverage related issues, professional liability, qui tam and health care fraud, trade secrets and restrictive covenants. In the area of insurance coverage we have litigated numerous insurance coverage declaratory judgment actions in federal and state courts. In the area of professional liability, my practice focuses on the litigation and trial defense of professional malpractice claims against insurance agents and attorneys. I have defended in excess of 350 professional liability suits during my career. In the area of health care fraud, I have handled the defense of high-profile False Claims Act qui tam actions. I also have extensive experience in litigation relating to restrictive covenants and trade secrets, including the defense and prosecution of such cases through jury trial and appeal. In my personal time my passion is collecting and playing vintage guitars.
