With over 20 years of work experience, I am an enthusiastic and versatile consultant with a Ph.D. in philosophy, as well as a strong background in public policy, international relations, and education. I currently work as a Coordinator for a team of twenty-two (22) implementing a Maryland education reform law, as well as serve as a part-time consultant for the U.S. Department of State where I apply my analytical skills, public speaking abilities, and cultural awareness to support various U.S. diplomatic initiatives and programs. I am eager to promote peace and human dignity in the world which is intimately related to engendering nation-state security.Previously, I served as a Public Member on the Foreign Service Promotion Board where I contributed to the national security interests of the United States by demonstrating a knowledge of public policy, international security, and foreign affairs. I also hold multiple certifications (for example in Tableau, OSINT, and international security) and I am fluent in Italian and German. My doctoral dissertation was picked up by the German academic publisher, Editiones Scholasticae, and published in 2020.
