Using various marketing techniques and strategies, I increased our clientele.I built relationships with other businesses in order to have a greater stronghold and connection within our surrounding community. I built our social media platform and used our virtual presence as a way to increase business and reach individuals who otherwise would not have been.

My responsibilities included developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans catered to each child's needs on a daily basis. I collaborated with my colleagues in order to create the most beneficial lesson plans. I creatively documented and displayed important milestones and moments in my classroom. I maintained a constant level of communication.

I was responsible for connecting with each customer in order to make sure that they felt comfortable in our shop. I assisted the customers in any way possible, including answering general questions, placing orders, and locating items. I worked constantly to guarantee each display was arranged in an inviting manner and that the store maintained a constant.

My responsibilities included ensuring that each member of the summer staff was fully trained and prepared. I monitored the staff throughout the summer to ensure they followed all safety procedures and ran their classes in an appropriate manner. I diffused any high stress situations that occurred on the camp grounds. I was also responsible for ordering.

My responsibilities included visiting each area of the camp at least one time a day to ensure that my staff was healthy and that they did not need anything for their classes. I also worked to maintain a positive morale throughout the camp.

I was required to know how to safely and successfully operate each area of the camp. It was also my responsibility to ensure that each program area was meeting the needs of the current user group. In the even that our classes were not up to par, I investigated the cause and implemented a plan to solve the issue.

I was responsible for connecting with a group of 10-12 girls from either the Boys and Girls Club or Communities in Schools to ensure that they felt comfortable and safe in a camp environment. I ensured that they each practiced good hygiene and arrived to each class on time.
