My responsibilities included ensuring that each member of the summer staff was fully trained and prepared. I monitored the staff throughout the summer to ensure they followed all safety procedures and ran their classes in an appropriate manner. I diffused any high stress situations that occurred on the camp grounds. I was also responsible for ordering supplies for the camp store.

My responsibilities included visiting each area of the camp at least one time a day to ensure that my staff was healthy and that they did not need anything for their classes. I also worked to maintain a positive morale throughout the camp.
