Feb 2016 - Oct 2018 (Cupertino) - Managed US Mac Team and built up new capex program and helped facility development of sustaining operations team. Feb 2014 - Feb 2016 (Shanghai/Cupertino) - Managed NPI, Sustaining operations, and Capital Ex team for first generation iWatch, concurrently with all Mac programs, and wireless programs. At the same developed and built up operations specialist program which brought in fresh talent and extended to support the entire supply chain. - Responsible for bringing up new factory and ramping first generation Apple Pencil. - Brought up new factories to support various lines and grew team to over 75+ people.

- Managed and engaged in every NPI laptop programs for these x6 years. (Mac Book, Mac book Air, Mac book Pro). Was able to achieve or exceed ramp milestone due to cross functional collaboration between OEM partners and other internal cross functional team members.- Developed and grew in region NPI team to provide additional support and leadership to the various cross functional teams. - Later accepted the responsibility to manage the sustaining business operations for all portable and wireless products. (Airport, Airport Extreme) - Asked to help lead ramps at other various products during ramp (iPhone 5C, iPad nano) with little background and working product history and was successful due to cross collaboration and team work.

Sent from US to build new factory and team to transfer new semiconductor equipment in Wuxi to overseas customers. Built up team of 20+ team members including supply chain, quality, planning, and technical operations. Develop new supply chain in region from hardware (Screws) to air filters to sheet metal reduce cost over 25%

Built and managed 9 person engineering team in both US and India dedicated to qualifying components and providing system that supported 10+ divisions in US and Singapore.Generating reliability program and worked with suppliers to reach high reliability targets that saved 1M annually Reduced cost of service (COS) with new platform from >$5K to ~$200 /unit/year.Created product platform that replaced multiple existing systems while providing future expansion capabilities and saving the company 2.5 M annually. Product still in use today. Evaluated multiple (>15) global suppliers on semiconductor automation equipment and provided technical support and assisted in negotiations with senior supply chain manager.Customer Request and Features Team (C.R.a.F.T); created business plan and P&L responsibilities to accept special requests from the standard product line with budgets ranging form $50,000 to $300,000.
