I have been exploring different uses of Chat GPT with regard to different work products. The idea being a minimally viable product that anyone could use to improve and speed up their work activities rather than replace their work activities.

● Key contributor to ‘Amazon Dash Cart’ a greenfield product enabling supermarket shoppers to skip the checkout simply ‘just-walk-out’ with their groceries while cart automatically charges their account. (TypeScript, NodeJS, Rxjs, AWS, Python, C++, Java, REST API, Docker, Linux, AWS IoT Core)● Led design and development of a cart location systems by bringing together applied scientists, embedded and cloud software developers, and store project management to enable cart to learn where it is in the story by using pre-registered ceiling markers mounted in the store. Shoppers are presented with nearby products and deals based on cart-learned location in the store combined with cloud-based product catalog. (Proprietary coordinate system, Node, TypeScript, MQTT, Angular, S3, AWS Lambda)● Led design and developed of several on-cart systems interacting with custom hardware components; cart health monitoring system, initial weight display, and scale audit log and display for NTEP licensing authority compliance.● Led design and development of cart inventory system; tracking cart from manufacturing to store deployment. Network access, cart health status and operation state used this system along with AWS IoT Core to allow list and communicate state transitions to and from carts.● Mentored/trained junior developers on breaking down problems, designing and developing in an agile practice, enabling team quickly iterate and adjust with constant changes in cart feature requirements.

● Cisco’s Unified Call Center Enterprise (UCCE) provides an on-site enterprise and, more recently, cloud-based call center solution to customers.● Designed and developed ‘Care-Assistant’, a self-help feature configured to use one or third-party specialized application/bot services. ‘Care-Assistant’ resolve issues by executing specific tasks, delegating communication to other bots, or escalating to a specialist field person/agent. ● Managed projects and software engineering team converting other team feature requests into designs and work requirements to extend ‘Vista-Connect’ Vistaprint’s custom call center solution. ● Microsoft acquired of Navic Networks for its commercial TV advertising spot auctioning system ‘Admira’ and its TV viewership collecting data network.● Led design and development of TV viewership reporting system by offshore team. Developed custom IIS web application hosting SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports using MultiDimensional Expression (MDX) queries of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) data warehouse-retained television and commercial viewership content. Regional cable TV providers were able to make strategic commercial purchases and placements using the highly accurate viewership and commercial spot viewership reports from this system. ● Designed and developed data communication infrastructure with metered bandwidth custom communication protocol between cable TV set-top-boxes and servers residing in the cable plant. ● Designed and developed custom integration modules for commercial XMap and XMap Geographic products. Customers used these products and modules to render and scale environmental, geographical, architectural diagrams and custom data features described in AutoCAD diagrams or SQL database tables.
