Drive the execution and management of Partner Incentive Programs for EMEA. Leverage Programs to accelerate more productive, profitable Partners focused on the strategic areas of business such as emerging products or developing markets. Enhance and implement the infrastructure and business processes of these Programs to enable channel Partner success.Collaborate with the Global Partner organization to implement the Program strategy that supports the EMEA Channel objectives. Educate and enable Partners and internal teams on the Programs through training, communication and managing escalations.Manage the Joint Business Planning Program in EMEA to ensure plans are robust, of good quality and are strategically aligned with full Partner and VMware collaboration.

Management of the EMEA Channel Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budget and production of regular data analysis.Work with EMEA, Regional and Country Marketing Managers to ensure team budgets are allocated accurately and in a timely manner. Advise Senior Management on cash flow and accrual data.Work with local and global Partner Operations teams to resolve local system issues and work on projects to improve Channel fund processes as the EMEA representative.Ensure funds are spent in a financially compliant manner and in accordance with VMware MDF guidelines. Train all new Marketing hires on the Marketing Budget Management processes and financial compliance.Collate and analyse Channel Marketing spend and produce analytic reports for the EMEA Marketing Management team.

Working with Finance managers and business groups to perform headcount and operating expense analysis.Regional Opex management and forecasting including monthly and quarter end close of Opex.Supporting the Opex budgeting process including working with the Sales teams to complete corporate planning submissions.Providing support and analysis on day to day financial issues.

Production of a set of standard management reports to the UK Board and Business Unit Managers to include moving annual trends and key performance indicators.Production and issue of monthly opex, pre-sales and head count reporting.Provision of revenue and cost analysis to support the Business Unit Managers in the creation of their quarterly and annual business plans.Facilitation of the corporate forecast submission; to include review schedules and Essbase submission. Supporting the Sales Teams with weekly forecast reporting.PO analysis and accrual to include end of quarter forecasting / comparison of actuals.Headcount movement and forecasting.Depreciation / Amortization forecasting.Commission / Bonus forecasting and accrual.Opex actuals analysis / Forecast Review and Analysis.

Provision of revenue reporting to support resource planning and revenue forecasting.Provision of revenue analysis to identify invoice, credit note and renewals activity trends.Driving Revenue at quarter end from the UK Sales team and associated administrators.Close liaison with the Finance and credit control departments on revenue and invoice issues.Managing the invoicing system for the UK with regard to both contracts and time and materials invoices and credits.Spreadsheet ‘Super User', creating spreadsheets with specific functions and advising/training the department. EMEA Database Business Reporting.
