I've invested the last decade in building and leading high performing teams (senior individual contributors and people managers) with above average employee satisfaction scores. Experience building consumer products ranges from 0-1 innovation to mature products reaching billions of people globally. On the business side, I've launched platforms and tools for media companies, public figures and Fortune 500 companies. I've built subject matter expertise in the young adult / Gen Z category and oversaw creative and advertising campaigns with media budgets up to $20M aimed at engaging and converting them. I have deep experience navigating high-risk projects with real world impact on consumer data privacy, misinformation, internet safety, policy regulation and brand reputation.
