The construction contract is for the requalification of the property owned by Quinta Capital SGR SpA, located in Rome, Italy at the corner of via Cristoforo Colombo and via Capitan Bavastro, and occupied by the Italian Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security. The Works Director is in charge of the organisational structure of the Works Management Office and provides both leadership and accountability. The Works Director leads a team of professional figures identified by the client, public or private, to administer the construction contract. The Works Management Office has a structure and an organisational hierarchy that follows the logic of the contract. The Works Director is the lead professional figure who has the main task of supervising the progress of the works to guarantee regular execution under the provisions of the contract and the technical construction regulations. Furthermore, the Works Director gives appropriate instructions when necessary. The Works Director leads a team of four Operations Directors, one for each specialisation – Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. In support of the team of Operations Directors are an adequate number of Construction Site Inspectors who carry out more specific functions since, among other things, they provide for the preparation of the accounting documents and the meticulous control over the regular execution of the works so that this takes place in compliance with all the drawings of the tender project and the technical specifications of the Contract.
